Airport rates and charges are set pursuant to the methodology established in the Airline Airport Use Agreement that is entered into by any airline serving Wichita on a signatory basis. These rates are summarized in the Schedule of Fees and Charges for the Use of Wichita Eisenhower National Airport. These rates are in effect January 1, 2025.
In order to enhance the air service at Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport, the Wichita Airport Authority adopted the Air Service Incentive Program in February 2007. It has been updated in June 2021. These incentives are designed to provide assistance to airlines to add new nonstop destinations and increased frequency to underserved destinations.

The Wichita Airport Authority’s Airport Badging Office is responsible for the issuance of Airport Identification to airport employees, tenants and contractors. The Airport Badging Office is located in the Airport Police & Fire Building (west of the Airport Terminal) at 2193 Air Cargo Road, Wichita, Kansas. The Airport Badging Office is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Please call (316) 946-4740 with any questions.

- ID Media $35.00
- Fingerprint $55.00
- Ramp Permit $20.00
If ID media is reported lost or it is returned inoperable due to badgeholder’s negligence, the fees below apply. If a person has been issued both an ID media and a vehicle ramp permit, and either becomes unaccounted for, then both media forms shall require reissuance.
- First Event: $50.00
- Second Event: $100.00
- Third Event: $150.00
In addition, a $50 fee will be charged for ID media not returned within three (3) days of its expiration date.
The Airport Badging Office accepts Visa, Mastercard or a Direct Billing may be established in advance.

UAS/Drones
The proper operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) is critical to the safety of both commercial and general aviation aircraft operating at Wichita Dwight D Eisenhower National Airport (ICT). All owners are required to understand the many regulations that address drone operations. The FAA is committed to promoting safe and responsible use of drones and UAS. There are rules and regulations to follow depending on your mission. When in doubt please call Airport Operations at (316) 946-4710 for additional assistance.
- Register your drone with the FAA
- Fly your drone at or below 400 feet
- Keep your drone within your line of sight
- Be aware of FAA airspace restrictions, for more information visit the FAA’s Airspace Restrictions page
- If you are flying within 5 miles of an airport, know your restrictions
- Respect privacy
- Never fly near other aircraft, especially near airports
- Never fly over groups of people, public events, or stadiums full of people
- Never fly near emergencies such as fires or natural disaster recovery efforts
- Never fly under the influence of drugs or alcohol
