Wichita Eisenhower National Airport set a new all-time record for May enplanements, with 87,135 departing passengers—surpassing the previous high of 85,022 recorded in May 2019. Total passenger traffic for the month reached 168,950, marking a 2.71% increase compared to May 2024.
So far in 2025, the airport has served 694,412 passengers, up 0.40% from 691,612 during the same period last year.
Airlines expanded capacity at ICT in May, offering 9.8% more flights and 5.5% more available seats than the previous year.
