This week, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced that the TSA team at Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport has received the Airport of the Year Award for small to midsize category II-IV airports as part of the 2023 TSA Honorary Awards.
Being the recipient of a TSA Honorary Award is considered one of the highest honors in the agency. It signifies exceptional achievements, groundbreaking contributions, and dedicated service to the TSA mission. Team ICT’s selection as a TSA Honorary Award recipient is remarkable, given the more than 900 submissions received this year.
