Mid-Continent Airport’s “Green Team” is expanding its recycling efforts by sponsoring a “Recycle Your Clothes Day.”  On Thursday, June 24, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. donations of clothing will be accepted at the Airport Public Safety Building.   Organizations from the airport and the general public are encouraged to bring quality new or used clothing that is no longer worn but could be used by someone else.  The donations will be given to Klose Kloset and Women’s Crisis Center in Wichita.  Receipts for donations will be available.

This event is one of many being planned by members of the green team during the course of the year.
