Delta to offer Non-stop Service to Detroit

NOTICE: The connector bridge from westbound U.S. 54 to southbound Eisenhower Airport Parkway in Wichita will be closed for maintenance starting Tuesday, May 28. To follow the signed detour, motorists should continue westbound on U.S. 54 and take the exit onto Tyler Road. From there, drivers should take eastbound U.S. 54 and exit onto West Kellogg Drive. Follow West Kellogg Drive to southbound Eisenhower Airport Parkway.

Delta to offer Non-stop Service to Detroit

Additional Service to Minneapolis and Memphis

Delta Air Lines has announced it will begin non-stop service to Detroit Metropolitan Airport on May 2, and will add a second flight to Detroit on June 10. The route will be operated by Pinnacle Airlines using 50-seat CRJ aircraft.  In addition to a new, non-stop destination from Wichita, Detroit provides another option to connect to northeast destinations.  Detroit is Delta’s primary international gateway to Asia and serves as the SkyTeam Alliance’s major Midwestern hub. 

Detroit Schedule:

Depart Wichita:  6:00 a.m. Arrive Detroit: 9:23 a.m.
Depart Detroit: 7:20 p.m. Arrive Wichita: 8:50 p.m.

Depart Wichita: 6:00 a.m. Arrive Detroit: 9:30 a.m.
Depart Wichita: 5:30 p.m. Arrive Detroit: 9:00 p.m.
Depart Detroit: 7:20 p.m. Arrive Wichita: 8:50 p.m.
Depart Detroit: 3:15 p.m. Arrive Wichita: 5:05 p.m.

Delta will also be adding a third daily departure to Memphis beginning May 3, and a third daily departure to Minneapolis on June 10.
