Southwest Airlines Begins Service to Wichita June 2
Join us Sunday, June 2nd, for a community celebration to mark the arrival of Southwest at Wichita Mid-Continent Airport. With the first Southwest flights beginning on Sunday, you can witness a great moment in Wichita’s history – a venture that’s been more than 20 years in the making!
The celebration will include live music, a cake cutting ceremony and other festivities including a drawing for two round-trip tickets to any Southwest Airlines destination (must be present to win).
