Exciting changes are coming to the pre-security Aviator’s Café concessions. A portion of the Café will be converted into a mini-convenience market called Aviators Market. This new concept will allow customers and airport employees to purchase food, beverages, and essential health products 24 hours a day.
Our innovative mini convenience store is not just about convenience, but also variety. Customers will have a wide range of breakfast, lunch, or dinner options. From freshly made sandwiches and wraps to healthy snacks (low-fat, sugar-free, or reduced-sodium), candy, hot and cold drinks, and even heart-healthy frozen meals that can be heated on the spot in our microwaves. A selection of traditional and flavored Keurig coffee pods brewed fresh on-site in our commercial Keurig coffee maker will satisfy customers who need their favorite cup of Joe. All products will be purchased with debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay from our self-serve point-of-sale systems.
Aviators Market will combine flexibility with variety and efficiency, benefiting passengers and airport employees 24/7.
In preparation for construction, the current space has been cleared of existing merchandise, which has been relocated to other concession areas in the concourse. While we have seen a shift to more literature consumption through digital formats, books and magazines are still available in the concourse.
