Mark your calendars for this fall’s schedule of Kansas Honor Flight. Southwest Airlines will fly participating veterans to Washington D.C., where they will visit the World War II Memorial, the Korean Veterans Memorial, Iwo Jima Memorial, the Navy Memorial, Air Force Memorial and the Vietnam Memorial. Along with these, the group also tours the Lincoln Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, Ft. McHenry and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Please join us in honoring these veterans and welcoming them home from their trip. Flights will leave on Wednesdays at 6 AM and return on Fridays at 12 PM. For the welcome home, arrive no later than 11:15 AM and park on the 4th floor of the parking garage.
