If you drive as much as 3+ hours to fly out of our airport, you may be racing to catch an early morning flight on little sleep. Or, if you arrive back in Wichita late, you’re probably tired and still have a long drive home. We want to make life a little easier for you. We have partnered with our two airport hotels to offer discounted rates so you can easily catch that early flight, or get some rest before driving home.
The DoubleTree by Hilton and the Hampton Inn will offer a discounted rate for passengers who need to fly out early in the morning and for passengers arriving late in the evening. The DoubleTree by Hilton will offer a 20% discount off of the Best Available Rate (BAR) for that day. This means that whenever someone makes a reservation, they will receive a 20% off whatever rate the reservation system is showing for that day. For example, if the rate is selling at $99 for the night, it will populate as $79.20.
The Hampton Inn will offer a 15% discount off the Best Available Rate. Breakfast is included.
Passengers will need to provide a copy of their boarding pass at check-in as well as their ID (license or passport).
