Airport Provides Assistance to Parkers Stuck in Snow

Date: February 9, 2011

For the next few days, Wichita Airport Authority employees will assist motorists in the Long-Term, Short-Term, and Park & Ride lots, as well as the Employee Shuttle Lots.  There will be two employees dedicated solely to patrolling and monitoring the parking lots and assisting parking patrons and tenant employees on a first-come basis with “digging out” their vehicles.

If you have a car parked in one of the airport’s parking lots, you may call ahead to ask for assistance in getting the snow cleared around your car when you leave. Call AMPCO at 316-946-4772, let them know where you parked and a description of your car and they will take care of you.
