Stay Updated on Airline Changes due to COVID-19

As airlines continue to monitor the COVID-19 virus, it is important to stay updated on changes that may impact your travel plans. You can expect to see reduced capacity and schedules in response to a decrease in demand.  Airline schedules can be changed at a moment’s notice.

We compared airline schedules for the week of March 9 to the week of March 2 and found very few reductions in ICT. In April, United will reduce 1,506 seats to Denver, or 13%, and reduce 286 seats, or 4%, to Houston. In May, United will add 246 seats, or 2%, to Denver. We will continue to monitor these changes.

As a reminder, there are no travel restrictions in the U.S. There are restrictions to China, Japan, Iran, northern parts of Italy, and parts of South Korea. Check the CDC for updated travel information.
