Alaska Airlines Celebrates One Year in Wichita

One year ago, April 13, 2017, Alaska Airlines began nonstop service between Wichita and Seattle, and to date, 37,165 passengers have enjoyed the new route.  Not only does Alaska fly nonstop to Seattle, but offers connecting flights to 19 same-day destinations in the Pacific Northwest.  The service has been popular for ICT travelers and we hope to see Alaska continue to grow in this market.

Alaska Airlines consistently ranks high in customer satisfaction and ranked no. 1 in this year’s Airline Quality Ranking. Not only are they on time,  have great customer service, but the offer low fares. Since starting service in Wichita, Alaska has acquired Virgin America and is now the largest airline on the west coast. Alaska partners with 18 airlines offering service to 900 destinations around the world.
