TSA Pre-Check Enrollment Extended at Airport

TSA officials today said they are extending a temporary expedited screening enrollment center at Wichita Eisenhower National Airport due to overwhelming interest.

Called the TSA Pre✓® expedited screening Trusted Traveler program, the temporary enrollment center will remain open through Friday. The center operates from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the second floor of the terminal building near the security checkpoint.

Applying for TSA Pre✓® is easy.  Passengers can begin the process by pre-enrolling online at www.tsa.gov – click on TSA Pre✓®. Then, to complete the enrollment application, they must follow the prompts to set up an appointment to visit the temporary enrollment center at the airport. Walk-ins are also accepted.

TSA Pre✓® is an expedited screening program that enables identified low-risk air travelers to enjoy a more efficient screening experience. For TSA Pre✓® travelers, there is no need to remove shoes, 3-1-1 liquids, laptops, or light outerwear or belts. Today, TSA Pre✓® has more than 450 lanes at 167 U.S. airports.
