A conference room is located on the mezzanine level of the terminal and is perfect for meetings and press conferences. Catering is also available. Call HMS Host at (316) 946-4962 for reservations.
The Flight Deck is located on the west concourse and is a place for passengers to relax while waiting for their flight. It is equipped with plug-ins for laptops and for recharging cell phones. This room is furnished with lounge and rocking chairs, and gate seating.
The Shoe Shine is located in the business center for a quick and professional shoeshine.
Please take advantage of the Skycap service available in front of the terminal building. You can pull up to the curb and let the Skycaps unload your luggage. Although this is a free service, tips are customary.
Luggage carts are available in the Baggage Claim and on each concourse.
Our Business Center is located next to Sarah's Ice Cream and includes a copier, ATM and change machines.
Paging and information services are provided by our volunteers at the Information Desk.
Mail-back services are provided by Excess Items Express. If a prohibited item is confiscated by the TSA as you proceed through the security screening, you may take that item to Sarah’s Ice Cream. They will mail that item to you via U.S. Mail, UPS, Federal Express, etc. Excess items will provide all mailing resources, i.e., postage, envelopes, packaging, etc., to meet the needs of the items. Items may be delivered by Emu Express, Inc. if deemed cost effective. The owners have the option of picking up items at Sarah’s Ice Cream. Mailing cost: $2.00 – plus (US mailing, UPS, Federal Express). Holding: $5.00 up to 14 days; $30.00 up to 30 days.
Massage chairs are located in the terminal and concourses for your relaxation. Cost is $1.00 for three minutes of massage.
