Mid-Continent Information Booth
The Mid-Continent information booth is staffed with community volunteers who have been trained to answer questions and provide directions. The Mid-Continent information booth is located in the main area of the terminal. The Wichita Convention and Visitors Bureau provides tourist information at the information booth. Hotel and ground transportation phones are located opposite the baggage carousels.
Concourses to Terminal
From your plane, it will be a short walk to the main terminal area. Services are available throughout the concourses and in the terminal.
Baggage Claim
Baggage Claim is located on the east side of the terminal. All passengers pick up their baggage at this location. Hotel and ground transportation information boards and phones (11) are located opposite baggage carousels. Once you have retrieved your luggage, proceed directly out the doors to curbside for commercial transportation. Short-term parking is available directly north of curbside pickup.
